NOTICE:

If you wish to make a reservation to arrive on the same day, you will need to call 406/825-6146 to check availability.

All cabins are available on a first come/first served basis with a 2 night or 4 nights minimum (depending on cabin choice) - we do not offer single night stays.  You will receive a 10% discount for staying 7 nights or longer (maximum 14 nights unless approved by Deb).  All reservations will have an additional cleaning fee added on, rate dependent on the cabin you choose.

To check availability, please enter the date you wish to arrive, and the date you wish to depart. If you have a specific cabin in mind, put that in the 'keyword' line, otherwise leave it blank. Below the calendar, all the cabins will show, indicating whether they are available or not. If you want to check the availability of a specific cabin, click on the availability link beside the cabin photo.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation (100% if booking within 30 days of your stay).This can be done with any major credit card or PayPal. REMEMBER…you are not confirmed until your deposit arrangements have been made! Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

CONTACTLESS CHECK IN

Once your final payment has been made, directions and cabin access instructions will be emailed to the address you provided on your reservation. Additional contact will be made via text shortly after noon on your day of arrival, so it is important that you provide your cell phone number (not landline) on the reservation form.  GPS is not reliable at Rock Creek, and there is no cell service so it is especially important to read the directions; I also recommend that you print them so you have them with you.  If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder first; if its not there, call or email me to re-send.  These instructions are very important to have prior to your arrival as I am not always at the office on your arrival day.
